In addition to my work with The Emily Program's Residential Treatment Center, I teach a few public sessions of gentle movement and vipassana meditation that incorporate the 8-limbs of yoga and other trauma-sensitive and restorative approaches for ALL bodies of all ages, shapes, sizes, colors, sexuality, and cultural backgrounds.
This means I strive to decolonize by remaining humble in the midst of the wild yoga industrial complex, and continuing to learn from my students, while also creating a brave environment for all students to be in our bodies and find peace.
